"Dr. D is always helpful and thorough. He never makes me feel rushed through my appointment. He answers all my questions in a way that is easy to comprehend. He doesn't body shame or medicine shame as some doctors do. He provides complete care and for other matters he has given me referrals to doctors that handle that type of matter i.e. dermatology, OBGYN and so on. Moving to Indiana from another state it is great that he goes through my entire history and picked up where my other doctors left off. His staff are all helpful and friendly. Uses MyChart and responds within a good time frame! Great bedside manner. Highly recommend this physician and practice!"

"When I last saw Dr. Pickett, she was very soft-spoken but not very engaged with our conversation. SIince then, I have had many problems getting her to respond to me when I requested prescription refills. Perhaps in her reality a year is only 11 months. I don't know. What I do know is that when I reached the 6 month mark and needed refills for the rest of the year, it took me the better part of 2 weeks and multiple online requests and phone calls to the office to finally get my medications. These are not narcotics. They are maintenance meds I have been taking for years. Now, not ever a year after my annual exam, she is refusing to respond to messages left with the clinic staff, online requests, and requests from the pharmacy on my behalf. I am left without medications that make me a functional human being and I can not reach her to get any assistance or explanation. I was also told she would submit bloodwork orders so I could have my levels checked before we met for my appointment. Four days before the appointment and there were no test orders waiting when I stopped at the lab. So, no medications that I need and no tests to show my levels would be off anyway because she refuses to authorize refills. I don't know if it's apathy or distaste for me as a person, but I do know that this doctor can't be bothered to even pretend she's interested in my health needs. I'm sure she's a nice enough person, but at least for me, she is not able to do an adequate job as my doctor."
