"We found Dr. Cruz by referral from friends of ours while seeking Vitamin therapy after contracting Omicron. My husband has several auto-immune disorders and Dr. Cruz fit us in right away, even during a nationwide surge in positive cases. We were so grateful to have found his practice and we’re treated with patience, dignity, and respect. His staff has been incredibly kind and efficient and helped both of us in a very uncertain time, after our PCP refused to provide therapeutics to help us combat our symptoms. I again relied on Dr. Cruz and his wonderful staff when my grandmother became ill last week and his team came through for us yet again. She was seen promptly and I feel that she is recovering solely due to his treatment protocol and therapeutics. "Saw him last month for initial appt. got about 8 minutes of his time for him to schedule 2 tests. Had to wait a week for an appt. for neck pain. Waited 45 minutes to get 5 minutes of his time. No exam. Just try this pill. When I said a had a few things... He said he had people to see. I needed a script refill and wanted the results of the tests discussed. He wanted me to set up more tests and see a different doctor. Nope. I left "

"Went to this man for awhile and it soon became evident that he would keep you coming back again and again and again for "little things". 6 weeks, 6 weeks later, 2 or 3 months later... and no real care for the patient! It became clear that he was not overly concerned about patient well-being, just keeping you coming back so they can charge your medical insurance provider more and more and more. Will never go to this man again for medical care and, because of him, I do not feel I can trust anyone within this practice."
