"Disappointed in the services provided. It's hard enough for someone with a mental health disorder to get up the courage to seek therapy and find a therapist they actually like. When the therapist constantly changes appointment days and times, it makes it even more difficult for someone with mental health issues. Keeping time and routine is very important. While the patient is responsible for missing some appointments, you would think the therapist would be more understanding because of what they are seeking treatment for. Therapist need to establish boundaries with their time but it was a bit hypocritical when she constantly changed appointments. It was impossible to get help when really needed. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy towards her patient."
