"Will not renew a needed prescription which has been previously established IN PRIOR VISITS that it is needed. REQUIRES A VISIT each time to renew prescriptions. I am unable to currently make a visit (just to renew a medicine) due many reasons, primarily being the ABSOLUTE LACK OF TIME ON MY END DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS BEYOND MY CONTROL. His call staff is also extremely rude, short mannered, and unhelpful in any case. I tried calling them with requests to renew the medicine THREE TIMES, each time being either shot down or deflected with no concern towards my end, ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING THE APPOINTMENT. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING AN ONLINE PRESCRIPTION RENEWAL SERVICE IF YOU STILL HAVE TO GO IN PERSON EACH TIME THE PRESCRIPTION IS RENEWED? You would think that if the doctor would REALLY want to have his patients come in to visit, just to REWEW A NEEDED MEDICINE, that he and his staff would be more PROACTIVE to reach out to his clients to schedule a visit, rather than the other way around. They should be more proactive BEFORE the medicine runs out, not AFTER. "
