Both doctors always provide the best care for our twins and have always provided ample time for us to have any and all questions answered. We have no trouble booking appointments and have always received quick responses to our questions through email when needed. I love that they have appointments available at multiple locations. It really allows flexibility in our schedule. When there was a formula shortage, Dr Ahn and Dr Kim have always helped us with samples and signing us up for the multiples program when needed. "My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Chan for over 20 years. During that time we have received the best care and health guidance imaginable. Dr Chan has always made sure that we have the care we need, the tests required (without going overboard) and is constantly educating us on how to age with health. Dr Chan has a personality we love as she tells it just as it is! This is essential for proper health care as she rarely sugar coats what you need to do to be healthier. We love that she is hesitant to ply us with prescription drugs, preferring to get us to maintain a healthy weight, exercise and control our diet in lieu of excessive drugs. She does, of course, prescribe the absolutely necessary ones. We are in our early 70s. We see our friends being prescribed so much medication and OTC supplements and we thank Dr Chan for her continued guidance in advising us to take only what we need. Doctors must fit one's personality and emotional needs. For us, Dr Chan fulfills this. We know she would do whatever she could to assure we receive the health care we need. We will do anything we need to keep her as our highly recommended Internist."
