"I have PTSD from a previous dentist as a child so when I broke a tooth I was nervous to find a new dentist. This provider had a lot of 5 star reviews so I thought I was in good hands. They got me an appointment super quickly which I appreciated. Everything went smoothly until I was told I needed to get my wisdom teeth out in order to do a crown. I was shocked and explained that I’m about to get married and don’t want to go through with a wisdom teeth pull at the moment as many of my friends stayed inflamed for months after. I was also putt off at the fact that he wanted to do pull my tooth that day and I was not prepared for that. I decided to get a second opinion and it was the best decision ever. After my second opinion I called Dr. Yahav office to inform them I will not be going through with the crown at their office and requested a refund for the services not preformed. I spoke with the Dr. and he wanted to only refund half my money and told me he should be charging me more since I didn’t pay for X-rays at my visit. I asked for a email of a breakdown of the charges he wasn’t willing to refund and never received one. I will not be going back here and I don’t recommend this dentist. "

"Dr Kunnel's office runs timely. No sitting to wait once you get there. Safety protocols are in place to protect patients and staff. The staff is very friendly and the front desk help check your insurance right away, so you know how much is covered and what you may owe. The hygienist is thorough and explains everything well. Dr. Kunnel herself is very caring. I hate getting the injections necessary before drilling, to numb the area, and she even makes that pretty easy. Her dental assistant is spot on, keeping your mouth dry with suction as the work progresses. No one likes to go to the dentist but I found this to be a less than miserable experience because of an entire office that cares."
