Best Service is when the patient is fully involved with the doctor, treatments, drugs which most of the time for routine check-ups can be googled by the patient. Staff can be a stickler and not communicate with you when the doctor has to cancel and you find out via livewell app without warning."

"Showed up for appointment, receptionist on phone for over 10 minutes, another patient came into waiting room and interrupted her, so she hangs up with "I Love you" to caller. Then proceeds to deal with this patient (who doesn't know a mask should go over nose, but not admonished for it) who she clearly has a relationship with discussing retirement, the doctor's son, etc... at this point I'm done - no doctor is worth going through this staff."
