"ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE! BAD DOCTOR, BAD EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND! He was suppose to be watching a cancer tumor in my throat for any changes. Last time I went he said his office staff LOST MY FILE! He said we had to start over. I said "You can't start over on a cancer tumor." He did not apologize for losing my file, he just walked out of the room! He is incompetent, his staff is rude, his wait time is ridiculous. Now I don't know if my cancer tumor has grown or changed or not! DON'T GO HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!!!"

"I was referred to Dr. Steinberg by the endodontist my regular dentist recommended I see because of a problematic molar that had two previous root canals. A cone beam scan done by the endodontist indicated inside the cap, the tooth had cracked, causing infection at the roots, and it would need to be extracted. From the first phone call, I knew I was fortunate to be seen by this practice. The staff jumped through hoops to get me in within 24 hours (an unexpected opening due to a cancellation), and coordinated with the endodontist to get a copy of the previous scan, saving me both time and additional expense. That scan was displayed and reviewed with me. The team supported my decision not to have a follow-up transplant. Everyone here is so thorough and professional - I was treated with patience, respect and concern for my comfort and well-being. Everything that would be done was clearly explained to me, so I knew what to expect. It may be difficult to believe, but the experience left me relaxed and pain-free. After-care instructions were covered in detail, and any questions I had were addressed. There is literally nothing that could have been improved upon! "

"Dr Collins seemed pleasant and said she could do wonderful things to benefit my Mom. We proceeded with the surgery and Dr Collins was late, changed her tone. Everything was my Mom's fault. They did not complete the leave of absence forms correctly. My mom was not pleased at all with any of the service they provided. The office staff was completely new and did not know how to handle any situation whatsoever. I had to get involved because they would never return a phone call. Very inept. DO NOT GO THERE."

"She made me feel comfortable, discussed my options and when she performed the surgery, she did a wonderful job. She is quite skilled and my wife and I couldn't' be more pleased with the results. Would definitely see Dr. Burke again."
