" Dr. Ads did an awesome job correcting my underbite! My procedure was six weeks ago, and I am ecstatic about the results and my experience. When I first went to his office at Loyola, I was reluctant to go through with surgery. However, Dr. Ads and his staff were extremely patient and knowledgable in explaining the procedure and its benefits to me. They told me everything I wanted to know- from pre-op orthodontics to results in the long run. Throughout my whole journey, I was always kept informed as to Dr. Ads thoughts on my treatment. I left every appointment feeling confident, with my questions 100% answered. The actual surgery went great, and I knew what to expect. I was well cared for, and my pain was well managed by drugs-in fact I went home with the same medicine I was given after wisdom tooth extraction a year prior. Dr. Ads doesn't routinely wire all patients shut, so I was able to get to a mushy diet by the start of my third week, which improved my quality of life tremendously. I started seeing results right away, and they get better every day. I've never been able to effectively breathe through my nose until now, which in because the upper jaw procedure Dr. Ads chose opened up my airway. This is a testament to the meticulous planning that Dr. Ads and his staff put into the planning of each case. I had been told by my orthodontist that I would only need lower jaw surgery, but Dr. Ads explained that an upper jaw surgery would be of more benefit functionally as well as aesthetically. I trusted his judgement and I'm so glad that I did! I have never felt more beautiful. If you are considering jaw surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Ads. You will be in the best hands! "
