"Have had several skin cancers in the past. Went to see Dr Quertermous due to possibility of another one. After a through exam, he took 3 biopsies 2 of which came back as cancer. HE arranged with a MOSE surgeon to follow up on these areas as it was apparent that biopsies had not removed all cancerous tissue. His Professional staff was excellent. Clerical staff is hard to get in touch with (voice mail) and are not timely in returning calls."

"The doctor is overbooked and has too many patients at same time. I had to wait for 1 hour for my appointment. When I asked receptionist/nurse after waiting for 30 mins, she said that I can reschedule. Doctor came in the room and he was not courteous enough to introduce himself as it was my first appointment and just started talking. Looks like he has too many patients to deal with and just running from one room to another."

"Honestly, people should read their emails. the office definitely goes above and beyond to be transparent about their operational policies. The continuously asked if I was in agreement about how they choose to do business and if I was hesitant they asked me to cancel the appointment. It goes without saying they were respectable about my time and their time which is equally respectable. Dr. Martinez-Diaz is highly personable and equally available to everyone's concern."
