The receptionist came back to the phone after a few seconds to confirm my time and date of my appointment, however after hearing that profanity, I decided to cancel since I know no longer felt comfortable. I was immediately told, “You should have told us that before making us waste all that time looking for your appointment. It’s only two of us here and we are very busy.” Very scary. "
