"My right eye’s retina detached on 1/10/21. I suddenly went blind in my right eye. The emergency room staff in Shiloh Illinois arranged an appointment for me to see Dr Levent Akduman the very next day. Dr Akduman’s staff were super knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They were all very friendly and kind as well. Dr Akduman put me on his surgical schedule as an emergency patient the very next day and he restored my vision in the right eye from being blind to correcting my vision better than it was ever before the retina detached. He is a great doctor and took care to explain everything to me and reassured me he would restore my vision right before the surgery began. I was greatly blessed to receive such very good medical care during my emergency. "

"I do not recommend Dr. Muddasani. I had two different phone appointments scheduled with him and never received a call. The second appointment, I called 4 times, twice before and twice after the time of the appointment to make sure he was going to call. A couple months later, I received a bill for an evaluation I never received. "

"I have had nothing but bad experiences with this doctor. My first visit when he asked me about my symptoms, I listed a few but when I mentioned I sometimes had anxiety he asked me if I was a doctor to diagnose anxiety. That turned me off completely. I had trouble finding another doctor that took my insurance otherwise I would have never gone back to him. Every time I have an appointment with him they stick me all the way in the back and forget about me, it'll be 2 hours or more waiting on him in the exam room. The lights in the room go off several times before he or the staff come check on me and that's only when I leave my room to track someone down. I got tired of it and started going to Walgreens clinic or the urgent care whenever I was sick. Thankfully I have new insurance and more options, I will never go back to this doctor. "
