"I called to get a prescription refilled talked to Tiffany hills nurse said she would talk to him and give me a call back to confirm, she didn't call me back and my prescription wasn't filled. I called Friday morning and talked to hills other nurse and he said he would take care of getting it filled and said he would call and let me know what's going on again no call back soicalled again and I was told that the prescription was called in so I go to the pharmacy to pick it up and hill called in a medication the doesn't exist, I called the office again it was 4:30 and the office was closed so I asked to have the on call Dr to call me I didn't receive a call back this was unbelievable. I have been left in an exam room for 45 mins without anyone keeping me informed as to why I sat in the room for almost an hour"
