"I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Wolfson but was told I could not make an appointment until they had my files from my previous physician. I offered to email them my files nd was told they did not use email for new patients that I would have to fax them. I thought this was a little weird being 2024 but decided to could print them out and fax them. When I asked for the fax number the scheduler refused to give it to me. I live down the street from the office so I then offered to bring the files into them. I was told only patients were allowed into the office. All of these because I tried to find out if the doctor would fill my prescription, as I had been told by a previous physician on my first appointment they wouldn’t fill a prescription I had been taking for several years. If you don’t want my business just tell me don’t be rude and waste my time. "
