Internists - Warner Robins, GA

"Recently I moved to WR from Atlanta area & needed a new Dr. I had an appt scheduled w/ Dr W for 5/24. I came in to fill out new patient paperwork & take care of other initialization matters. My impression of the environment around the office was that it was seedy w/ weeds growing around it, graffitti-covered empty bldgs, etc. Pretty trashy. BUT I gave Dr. W the benefit of the doubt, as is only fair. The waiting room was completely empty w/ a TV blaring away & nobody in the front office. I called out "Hello?" & heard a reply. While waiting, I turned the TV volume down to hear myself think as I prepared to fill out paperwork (no need for TV when there was no one watching it). IMMEDIATELY an angry woman in a lab jacket bolted out from in back & yelled at me demanding to know what I did to the TV! She turned the volume back up & scolded me to "not touch it again!". Talk about bad first impressions! I told her my business & that I had an appt already scheduled & she still went back into the back area, muttering for me to wait. It sure didn't take long before I told her to just forget the whole thing! So I drove straight to another Dr whose office is nearby & set myself up with him. Yup, Dr. Smith has a MUCH more professional & helpful staff & a better rating. No mention of "crackheads" in the other reviews on him, either."

"Dr Kamat has been my primary care for years. She is always been great and on point, she looks you in the eye when speaking to you, doesn’t sugar coat her thoughts and her advice, you won’t find a better primary care doc around. "

"Have been scheduled several times with this provider for a colonoscopy consultation for more than a 16 months now. Went to the appointment and sat for more than 1 hour and still did not meet with the provider and was subsequently rescheduled another 2 months away for now May of 2024. Immediately requested a referral to another gastrointestinal provider from my PCP. Will never go back to this office ever again. "
