"My wife made an appointment through Charlotte at Dr. Martin’s office since the practice was in our insurance network. Charlotte was super nice according to my wife and the reviews were mostly positive and the office was relatively close to our home. So we arrived on 9/19/18, with paperwork in hand along with very recent MRI’s and xrays of my left knee. The injury was decades old, and I wasn’t getting any younger, so it was about time. After I was “registered" into the practice and signed more paperwork, Julie brought us back into an exam room. She asked how the injury happened and why now? I told her. She said she wasn’t able to view the images that I brought and that Dr. Martin might want to redo. My wife very politely suggested that maybe it would be better to reschedule the appointment and bring back a disk with the current images, so they could see what we already did have. She told us Dr. Martin would be in and she left. A short time later, Dr. Martin rushed into the room and hurriedly introduced her self. Instead of hi, how are you, I understand you would like to get another copy of your current radiological images, she began with, either you agree to more Xrays or you can leave. She kept going on about how no one was going to tell her how to run her practice. Stunned and incredulous, as to her arrogant demeanor and harsh words, all I could say very calmly was….do you know, you have a bit of an attitude? She said that no one would tell her what to do and that we could leave. And so we did. We never asked, acted or deserved to be treated like that. Instead of her behaving like you would expect a professional, a Physician or even just a civilized adult to act, she snapped without justification. So if you like being bullied and verbally attacked for merely making a suggestion, then Stephanie Martin, M.D. is just what the doctor ordered. "
