"This doctor is inexperienced with chronic pain patients and has no experience in lumbar fusion/laminectomy failed back syndrome. He has no experience with pain pumps, prescribed BREAKTHRU med 1 every 3-6 hours but didn’t give enuf to last until next visit- did this 3 times to me, also let the pump run out of medication, now it’s not operating correctly at all, because he wasn’t approved to be my dr yet, and because he had not given me the amount of med I needed to take it as prescribed, I took 2 Nucyntas while waiting to get back into see him - that had been prescribed by my CURRENT doctor at the time- when I went back in to see THIS dr - he just cut off all of my breakthrough without telling me why. He waited 15 days later to inform me that he cut my BREAKTHRU med off because I had Nucynta in my system!!! Then he called me an addict and referred me to an addictionologist. This dr DOES NOT communicate (he does over the internet but not face to face), has HORRIBLE bedside manner, wants to push injections and stimulators and thinks he knows your body better than YOU DO!! He’s also had disciplinary action taken against him with the Ga Med Board For UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR! My advice is if you are a chronic pain patient - STAY AWAY! He doesn’t know the difference in drug dependent and drug addict! A chronic pain patient needs their pain med like a diabetic needs their insulin."
