Never was contacted. Wasted weeks during which I could have been lining up a doctor who would actually see him. It’s a lousy way to treat an old man. "

"I made a new patient appointment at Dr. Bishop's office. After waiting an hour to be brought back, I then was evaluated by his nurse practitioner Lindsay - not him. I was never informed the appointment was with her. I also received a bill for almost $300 and she spent 15 minutes in the appointment and didn't even conduct an assessment - no listening to the heart lungs, no physical examination of any kind. The office is impossible to get ahold of. I have called and e-mailed numerous times asking about access to the patient portal to review my lab results without any call back from anyone. I've gone elsewhere and have had no issues with the new primary provider at the Southwell group in town."

"Dr Hill charge $225 to become a patient of hers. My regular dr retired and the facility gave my family her as new primary. She charged for annual wellness check up and called it “establishing service”. I have never paid for an annual check. The billing department said it was the way the doctor coded the billing."
