"Placed on hold more than five times for 15+ minutes and staff refused to wait less than one minute while I got my insurance card. Other bad reviews too, so not worth the wait IMHO. "

"Dr Verbitsky has been my PCP for the past 7 years and has always been a caring doctor. She takes time to assess and evaluate my medical needs and listens as I freely communicate with her regarding my health needs . She certainly shows personal interest in me and so with the rest of her staff. "

"These people almost never answer the phone, do not return calls, the doctors always "have to see you" again, even if all you need is a refill on prescriptions they have already provided, the waiting room and examination rooms are nasty. They actually have that roll of paper that covers the examination table resting on the floor instead of on a dispenser underneath the table in some of the rooms. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I'm going to find another doctor to go to. the only advantage here is that they are open on Saturdays."

"If you want a doctor to chat you up for 15 minutes to get your warm & fuzzies, then she's not for you. I like her because she remembers something about my life and talks about it for a minute or two then gets to work. She'll challenge you without being pushy and takes a very professional approach. And if she sees that I'm uncomfortable with a subject, she'll relate it to her experience to ease my angst. "
