"I needed help fast for an ear infection that had gone beyond urgent cares capabilities. His office had an extremely easy way to book an appointment online (and you can see all available times!!) without needing to call in. Further, I could prefill all the paperwork so I didn't have to do the mad scramble in office before the appointment. The staff were kind, and I was in to see the doctor at my time. Dr Won was extremely nice, and made me feel at ease. I'm generally pretty awkward, so it was nice. He didn't even frown when I derped and tried to correct him on left vs right (he knew obviously, and just wanted to check the healthy ear out first). To be fair, I've lost a lot of sleep lately due to the increasing infection, so I was extra dumb to be honest He fixed up my problem gently, quickly, and answered my questions. I am very grateful for his time and the service I received."

What is Otolaryngology?

Otolaryngologists are also called 'ENTs' because their area of specialty is the ears, nose, and throat. Otolaryngologists treat most of the diseases and disorders that affect the head or neck.
