"I made an apt. for my husband and I was told the first apt. was meeting the physician and filling out forms (meet and greet), he would then have to make a second apt. for a formal visit. I was appalled that this practice expected my husband to take off work twice for one physical. Since I had changed jobs and insurance companies with my new job, I had no idea Georgia had PCP's who were screening their patients. As an acute care NP for a large hospital system in Georgia, I am very disappointed because we don't pick and choose who we take care of, we provide healthcare to ALL people. "

"I have been seeing Dr Popo-James for several years and I wouldn’t change her for anyone else. She is a very kind person and has a great sense of humor. She is extremely thorough and she will make sure all your questions are answered before you leave her office. She does take her time when she is with you so prepare to spend time at her office. She calls to give test results if you don’t get them while in office. And she follows up to make sure you got what you needed. She is a great doctor and I’m happy she is part of my care team"
