"My family needed a new primary care who was in network to our insurance Aetna. Everything started out fine until we found that the office contract with Aetna had lapsed. Dr Abraham himself assured me that they would correct it and that we should ignore all billings until his office straightened it out. Stephanie Breen was assigned to correct the contract issues and after about 2 weeks of wrangling Aetna all was corrected. My wife, my 90 year old mother in law and myself have all been seen by Dr Abraham and or his staff PCs. We were completely satisified."

"Doctor wrote 3 month prescription wrong express scripts required a corrected prescription. Doctor refused to talk to the express script and office staff was not following up with me. I had to call multiple times and become stern with them to get a response. I had to come back Jan 30, 2017 and pay another $100.00 to get the same prescription from Dec 9th written. "

"I use the Five Forks office, which is also an Urgent Care Center. Yes, it's VERY busy and the wait is sometimes long. The office itself could definitely use a little updating but it's clean (considering the amount of traffic that is going through). All of the staff has always been very nice and helpful and Dr. Rafeedie is great. I feel like he actually listens to me and considers my wants and needs around my treatment. He's very knowledgeable and I definitely feel like it's worth the longer office wait times. Doctors that pay attention to you and know what they are doing are difficult to find. I do wish the visits didn't take so long but I also like that this particular office has the capability to do much more than a regular doctor's office because it is an urgent care. "

"I am pretty selective when it comes to healthcare providers. In the past I have selected nurse practitioners based on the majority having great bedside manner. Well, let me tell you. I'm SO GLAD I started seeing Dr. Sharpe! He listens, actively engages in everything I have questions about and leaves nothing to my usual levels of high anxiety. 🙂 Dr. Sharpe and his staff work very hard at being the best.
