"Dr Scanlon is AMAZING with my children. My youngest is ADHD. She's so calm, but keeps such a great sense of humor. He just loves her and isn't scared at all when we go. The billing practices at SouthCoast aren't the best, but it's worth it for her."

"There are limited places in Savannah so few options. I have found over time concerns with the facility and the Dr. The general facility uses a third party answering service so often times if you call with an inquiry things can get confused and they can’t answer questions. The Dr won’t speak to you or respond via phone, email or appt only. I personally have found the front desk staff to be quite short and rude most of the time when you check in. The nurses are wonderful though, that is a bright spot. I personally feel the Dr didn’t properly check me over though I was in the office and communicated ann important issue to her. Later I was told I should have come back into the office, though I had reached out several times and she had never told me to schedule to come in prior. The Dr quoted to me how many emails she receives daily when I shared concerns with her on my care. Doesn’t feel professional or caring, she feels too busy for her patients and seems to state that in writing. Do not recommend, especially for male patients. "
