"I will be honest about his physician practices. When I have an appt it takes approximately 2 1/2 hours to see him. When he does come into the room he asks a few question then spends more time talking into the computer than paying attention to me (the patient). My husband also goes to him and we payed him for my husband’s Medicare deductible which would have been his last payment to cover the deductible. The insurance was not filed in a timely manner and we had to pay my husband’s other doctor appointment to settle the Medicare deductible. I have called numerous times to get this settled because we should get this money paid back to us since we over paid the Medicare deductible for the year. They have not reimbursed us our money. They keep saying there is a problem with filing the claim but this appt was in April 2018. I still have not heard from this to say the problem had been fixed."

"always a good experience. I moved here 8 months ago from Ohio and have seen Dr. Moore (3) times to date. Have never had to wait. Professional staff, personable. I would rate them equal to the Cleveland Clinic where I have visited often and is world class. At first I thought his bedside manner was a little cool, but he grows on you, and becomes more personal. Great attention to detail with scrips, labs, special appts."
