"I will be honest about his physician practices. When I have an appt it takes approximately 2 1/2 hours to see him. When he does come into the room he asks a few question then spends more time talking into the computer than paying attention to me (the patient). My husband also goes to him and we payed him for my husband’s Medicare deductible which would have been his last payment to cover the deductible. The insurance was not filed in a timely manner and we had to pay my husband’s other doctor appointment to settle the Medicare deductible. I have called numerous times to get this settled because we should get this money paid back to us since we over paid the Medicare deductible for the year. They have not reimbursed us our money. They keep saying there is a problem with filing the claim but this appt was in April 2018. I still have not heard from this to say the problem had been fixed."

"Very happy with Dr Miller. He had me get appropriate lab tests, reviewed them with me, and added a couple more tests after first review. He set me up with 2 specialists for further analysis and explained why he thought their evaluation was important. Reviewed my meds, suggested 1 change and had a pleasing, competent manner. I am sorry that he is leaving Southcoast to attend to family matters. "
