"Front desk staff were very unprofessional and loud. Nurse practitioner was very unprofessional. She starts a sentence with "all jokes aside" when no one was joking and there was nothing funny about the situation. I was in pain and trying to get medical attention."

"Doctor wrote 3 month prescription wrong express scripts required a corrected prescription. Doctor refused to talk to the express script and office staff was not following up with me. I had to call multiple times and become stern with them to get a response. I had to come back Jan 30, 2017 and pay another $100.00 to get the same prescription from Dec 9th written. "

"This provider indicates they are accepting new patients; however, I called on 6/27 and was told they were unable to book an appointment as far out as February 2023. They obviously are not accepting new patients."
