My profession requires me to use my voice so I was SO grateful to find Dr. Raja and his incredibly friendly office staff!! He tacked me on to the end of his work day, scoped my throat, made a very thorough, knowledgeable assessment of the problem, and I was walking out of the office with a prescription within 45 minutes! Wonderful experience! Looking forward to making the 40 minute drive again for my follow-up in 8 weeks!"

"I called this office because I need time sensitive test done. I went in and had my initial evaluation done. They told me they would call me back within the next 7 days to set the next part of what I need to do up. If not I should call the office. I waited until the next Friday and I still never received a call back. I left multiple voice mails and still could never get anyone on the phone. I called and tried to talk to the office manager and she was too busy to get on the phone. I really did not appreciate this experience and now I have to start the process all over because I feel like they really don't care about me as a patient or my situation. Getting this testing done is important to me for my job and livelihood and I explained this to them multiple times. "
