Alternative Medicine Practitioner - Kennesaw, GA

"Called this chiropractor over a month ago to get an appointment for an adjustment. The person I spoke with gave me an appointment that was about a week out. A day before my appointment came I got a voicemail saying that my appointment was canceled because the doctor had a pregnancy appointment with his daughter or something like that. So they rescheduled me for December 2, today. I arrived at my appointment today at 2:15 PM and they tell me the doctor canceled my appointment for the second time because another pregnancy appointment with his daughter. The two staff working there in the office apologized and swore up and down that somebody called my phone and left a voicemail canceling my appointment today. I explained to them no one called & no one left a message, there were no voicemails on my phone. Perhaps they called another number, not mine. Which is why it’s important if you’re canceling an appointment that you try to reach the patient at least three times, just in case you dialed the wrong number…. needless to say I’m very disappointed with this chiropractor and his staff. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this chiropractor’s office."
