"After finally being in a position to go to a doctor after almost a decade of chronic pain, I visited Dr Goodman. It was determined that I had a disc that would occasionally bulge out causing severe pain and occasional incapacitation. Dr Goodman was confident that a regiment of physical therapy, and the exercises learned in physical therapy incorporated in my daily life thereafter, would resolve my issue without the need for surgery. After a regiment of approximately two months of twice a week therapy and almost daily therapy every other day at home, I was doing extraordinarily well; that was over two years ago. I occasionally have back pain, particularly when I over do it or stop being vigilant in my exercise routine.
