"In short Pollard's office is one of the worst you will ever experience. Getting an appointment is a nightmare. And see the doctor is even worse. It is typical to wait 2-3 hours to see Pollard for 7 minutes. The office staff forgets to send your referrals, they forgot to send the record to the specialist, and you have to call the 3-4 times for everything, they still don't do the job. It took them 2 months for my CT scan letter. And 3 weeks to fax my record to astrologist. "

"Doctor Barry Jordan does not care whatsoever about his patient(s)! When he comes into the office to examine you he just acts like he's listening to you while He sits in his chair with his head leaning back against the wall, closing his eyes and then slowly opening them and rolling his eyes as if he doesnt want to be there. He just nods and speaks in a monotone voice, not providing much feedback. He refuses to do any lab work nor does he seem to act like he cares to want to help you with the medical problem(s) that you are coming into the office to be seen about or for that day! Then all he does after you tell him what you are being seen for is refer you to a specialist when in all actuality HE could do something for you because the issue that you are being seen about is an issue that DOES NOT require a specialist! I am changing my PCP! I do not recommend him to anyone!"
