"Dr. Oworu briefly listened to my symptoms but had no consideration for my history. A person KNOWS their body and how they behave during sicknesses. I had been sick for over a week and know I have bronchitis. She said she would call in pearls and mucinex? (Both are OTC) When I ask why not an antibiotic she said I didn’t I didn’t need it because I didn’t have bronchitis. (It’s been typical for me to get bronchitis anytime I get a cold for the past few years. So, how can she know this when 1) she’s talking to me on the phone and 2) she doesn’t know my history. I do! When I told her that I know my body and needed an antibiotic she arrogantly said well I have a medical degree! Great, but that doesn’t mean you don’t make mistakes, especially when you’re clearly NOT listening to your patient. I am NOT a textbook, each person should be treated with compassion and individualism. "
