"On 9/2/17 I visited Doctor Onyekaba office for services of my physical and get my blood panel. I was never asked to fast to make sure my results were accurate as possible. I waited about a week and called to get my results, but they were not able to give me my results due to the doctor not being available. From there I still received no call, generally when you don’t get a call your results are negative. Not mine! I went back up to Oscar Medical Center on two separate occasions to gain my results finally on October 28, 2017. I asked for my results and the medical assistant printed them out. The doctor was standing right there when the young lady stated oh wow your cholesterol! It’s very high! The doctor said not a word. He tried to rush her from helping me. She explained that my LDL level was very high. I asked her to explain or if the doctor could? Doctor Onyekaba explained in a very rude manner I need to sign in to speak with him. Meaning run my insurance and pay the doctor for the lack of his diligence as a doctor. As I explained to the doctor why did you not call your patient to warn them or educate them of the positive results? He stated why am I just coming a month later to ask. He then walked off very rude. The medical assistant apologized for his negligence with me. I walked out of the doctor with positive results of high cholesterol, unknowledgeable of my health, and very scared. From there I took my results to another doctor. I have since started the process of filing for a grievance. I strongly advise not to use this doctor because it was made very clear that he only cares about money and not the best interest of his patient’s health."

"I had an unfortunate interaction with one of the physicians that left me feeling uncomfortable and distrustful. I asked to change to a female physician in the practice and was told I could not...that it was against "policy". I had to find an entirely new practice, when i had been going to that practice group for 10+ years. I was very disappointed and felt "abandoned" by my physician due to an inflexible policy that didn't show care/concern for the feelings of a patient."

"Dr. Najjar is the kindest, most thorough doctor I have ever known. Because he gives you all of the attention required, he tends to run a little behind schedule....but he is worth the wait! Like so many of his patients, I've been going to him for decades with never a complaint. The office staff is outstanding."
