Even the office staff, except when some having 'bad hair days' are usually good. Thanks also to TF (who I see since the last 10 years) for fixing my admin issues."

He is a wonderful person and an impressive doctor. My husband and I switched to him and have been very pleased. We can always get in and are not treated like we are a number to be called to step up to the office. (cattle call). He doesn't push medication. Always a good experience when having to see him for a not-so-great reason."

"Dr. Otto Goyco is an excellent internist, compassionate, listens carefully to the patient, is very kind, and spends time with you during consultations. However, the office is a mess, it is a nightmare to request an appointment, it is impossible to get a refill for a prescription, they never return calls, the service is terrible, the staff has no idea how to treat people. It is better to look for another doctor because the office makes it impossible to stay with the doctor. A real shame."
