Primary Care Doctors - Columbus, GA

"My dad's Dr. recently retired and he was assigned to Dr. Riles in Columbus Clinic. I was unsure about the match since she is young and he had been with his Dr. for so many years, but at his first appointment she took time to answer any questions we had. Looked at some issues he was currently having and was extremely professional and kind. My dad is 91 and very hard of hearing. She has excellent bedside manner and my dad felt very comfortable and happy after the appointment. "

"I too did not get reminder of appointment. Missing my appointment almost caused me to not get my blood pressure medicine in time. Office wouldn't return phone calls and not prompt with calls from pharmacy in the past. I went to medcare for years before getting Mecca as my primary care physician. I only saw him twice. I saw Melissa (she is great). I went with a friend who had multiple issues and he was so good at listening to her, that I chose him. The office staff is rude and as others have said....they are doing you a favor to see you. I am on here because I am looking for a new primary care physician. I had multiple problems this last go. I wrote them a detailed letter which I handed to them about how all my attempts had failed and they didn't care. Overall, I have had good medical service over the 16 years I have gone there. The rude office is too stressful for me to deal with."

"This doctor takes time to listen and treats each patient as his most important. Sometimes I have to wait a little longer than usual to be seen but to know I’m seeing a doctor who cares about me and hears my concerns is well worth the time I spend there. "
