"I had a child that needed intensive mental health care. And it was not important enough for them to help speed the process up. Also office staff are rude and can never help you and by the time the doctor calls back you may miss the call. GOD FORBID , because now you are back at step one with the dumb office staff. Dr. Arrington is awesome. Her staff is horrible!!!! NOT TO MENTION SLOW and don’t get me started on how half of the time when you call you’re on hold for over 10 mins "
