"Had to cancel because the Doctor made a mistake in coding my procedure and would not correct which would have costs me additional significant funds (had to pay charges that they would not revert). Staff was incompetent and arrogant when I tried to communicate with them. I had to follow up with them on tasks they where required to manage (ie. prescription to my pharmacy). Lastly, they were supposed to get back to me but never did. Prior Doctor (had retired) was great but this was a big letdown. I now have to find a new Doctor .... very disappointing. I would not trust Doctor and staff to perform a proper procedure."
