"A single runny eye first bought me to Dr. Andrews. I had already seen an ophthalmologist, that wasn't helpful. I decided to look for an ENT, took a chance with someone I found online. During our first visit I explained my symptoms and concerns. Dr. Andrews performed a thorough examination and let me know the issue was more serious than I thought. A blocked air way was the cause of my runny eye and other issues I was having. We continued to work together the next few months. He recommended surgery, I declined. The symptoms worsened. Ultimately, I went back to Dr. Andrews over a year later to have the procedure. One of the best decisions I made during 2022. He's a well of knowledge. Goes above and beyond to make sure you understand both your ailment and treatment options. I appreciate how he's helped me. I have a better quality of life now thanks to the doctor. Looking for an ENT go see Dr. Andrews. Tell him I sent you :-) Note: don't allow bad experiences with staff stop you from seeing the doctor. Nothing is perfect. "

"I went to Dr Alexander to have earwax removed. He failed completely to remove the earwax, but sent me home without telling me he failed. This led me to having to contact the office again, and making an appointment with his partner to have the removal done correctly. I was assured I would not be charged for the second visit. The second visit was successful, but this where the issue started. I was billed for the second visit. The frustrating part was that only the doctor's office could reverse the charge. The Billing Department was responsive to my requests, but could not reverse the charge without authorization from the office. To make a long story shorter, I literally left 4 email messages, and sent 5 separate messages on their website (which said I would get a response within 2 days) over a 3 month period, plus had the billing department reach out to the office via email at least 3 times. I received zero response to any of these attempts. I ended up paying the copay since they said they would turn it over to collections if I didn't. So my message is, just be aware that if something goes awry with your treatment, don't expect this office to do anything to assist you after the fact. Very disappointing."

"Dr. Evans has an extensive and highly impressive resume. I didn’t have to review many contenders before I settled for Dr. Sean Evans, MD. He is the most qualified in his field and I’m confident my opinion of him is accurate world wide. Since day one I’ve been impressed by him. I watched and listened very closely, from entrance into the exam room - to exit. Unbeknownst to him, I clinically instruct medical/graduate level nursing/physician assistant & residents nationwide (United States). Part of my job is to ensure that the students I work with are taught the importance of their bedside manner, patient centered care, ability to communicate with their patient, touch their patient, navigate their exam rooms & much more. During my assessment of him, he exceeded my expectations (I warn my students, you will have contact with professionals who are qualified and will unknowingly assess you! Some write reviews and you don’t want a bad one!). Dr. Evans nailed each segment of my evaluation. I’ve been left feeling that my child is in the hands of someone who doesn’t have a margin for error, he is phenomenal! Thank you Dr. Evans! You are my favorite physician! "The staff was nice, the office was nice.. but my care wasn't.. I read the reviews before making my appointment since I really needed help with my laryngitis and wanted a Doctor who would really take an interest in helping me. I said I have esophageal reflux diagnosed a few years back and they went with that - suggesting a buy a mattress riser (a specific brand), checking that I didn't have any cysts in my throat, and prescribing medication. They did not address my extreme congestion. They called in a prescription, wrote a prescription for me to take to the pharmacy, and gave me a sheet of reflux lifestyle directions - but none of it included direction to get a sinus spray that I saw in my online notes the next day. One prescription was for something we didn't talk about, and the other was for the same medication that he wrote for me to purchase OTC. The pharmacy tech was confused by the notes, as was I. I was referred to another department, and they called asking me why I was coming. I was given no information to provide them, they were scheduling a test that ended up not needing, and now they're trying to figure out what I need an appointment for. I can't be confident in a doctor who doesn't provide clear information to me, doesn't write clear documentation or clear direction to other ppl trying to help me. It's great that he's nice and personable, but I'd be happier if he gave me a clear diagnosis, clear direction on what to do, and clear information to my pharmacist and the referral office. I just want to be able to breath and speak like a normal person.. but now I have no idea.. "
