Family Medicine practitioners - Athens, GA

"I was told they are NOT in-network and paid $90 instead of my copay of $15, which is the the cash rate of the visit instead. I see they arelisted as providers and told them they are listed on the website, but was told I was wrong! And then they said I owed an additional $100.02 from an appointment that I wasnt at! I had a disputed that charge from the previous year , and I thought it was resolved. They said I owed $100.02 additional as a result. And they billed my previous insurance for an office visit on a day I NEVER saw a billable provdier, had no communicatiosn whatsoever, and the office manager read a SOAP note in front of a room full of people written from the NP. It was documented that she spoke to me in length about a condition, etc. and I NEVER EVEN SAW HER!!! She falsified records, they used creative accounting, and are full of lies!! Dr haver has donenothing despite my request for him to address. He was aware of it and when I saw him today, he lead me to belive it was resolved until I went to check out and they ran my card for $190.02- $90 for today and the rest for some fake balance! "
