"Dr Alifonso was kind and listened to every one of my concerns. I never felt rushed. The issues I have are it's difficult to schedule an appointment with her so sometimes it will be several weeks if I can see her. Because of the scheduling issues, I haven't been to her specifically in a year. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired though. If you can get her as your doctor, you will have a great experience. "

"I've never had such a bad experience with a doctor like I did with Dr Luciano. She was incredibly rude and did not listen to the issues I was concerned about. The office staff has always been problematic but this visit was the worst. There are other providers here that are a joy to see but Dr Luciano is definitely not one. This office also tends to do a round robin method to seeing doctors meaning it will be challenging to see the same doctor. Find a different doctor and office who actually cares. "

"The DR is great. She was extremely compassionate and helpful with my birth control procedure. However, the staff has done nothing but set up appointments that never get solved. I was supposed to have a follow up done mid May, it’s July, and time and time again I’ve been scheduled to a different day due to Dr.aledyandra being on call for pregnancies. It wasn’t until the 4th delay, a month and a half after the recommended time to see her, that front staff were rude over the phone and placed me on a day she wasn’t on call. Only to not be notified of my appointment (even when all other appointments were given extensive reminders through email, phone text, and even a call 2 hours in advance, only to advise you 5 minutes before your appointment that you have to be rescheduled) Phone number for contemporary women’s care does not work/ is never answered by receptionists. And the address has not been updated since they moved locations."
