"I needed to have Mohs microsurgery on my cheek (on my face) to take off a small area of squamous cell skin cancer. I am a person who has had no surgery or stitches before and I hate pain, so I didn't know what to expect. Everything went very smoothly! Dr. Platzer and his nurse Jerry, who have been working together for years, did a great job -- it was very quick and they were very pleasant. I had no pain during the surgery (and getting a few stitches) and also after I went home! It's now two weeks later and my cheek is healed -- you can barely see the line on my cheek where the cutting was done and the stitches were. Thank you, Dr. Platzer and Jerry, for doing such a great job!"

I came in for dry hair and dandruff, and honestly I was embarrassed about it, but the staff and Dr. Elle Floyd treated me great! The front desk staff helped me fill out the paper work, since I couldn't write due to a recent surgery. A couple of minutes after completing the paperwork, I was seated in the office, and 1 minute later, I was seen by Dr. Floyd. She helped me out tremendously, to the point that when my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of a medication, I called the office, and they immediately had me speak to Dr. Elle Floyd, who wrote me a different prescription immediately! Amazing staff, amazing service!"
