"My son had been going to this DDS for a few years now. I have been in medical and dental claims for over 35 years. I know my benefits and how they work. On at least 2 prior visits, I watched the receptionist be hateful and treat people with disrespect. She argued with one woman over the appt time and date, apparently the woman came from a distance and was rather upset. Just to hear Christine, say sorry, we called you and told you we had to change the appt. Woman kept saying I never got that call else would I drive all the way down here? Hateful Christine, basically woman left. Next patient she argued with over money. Just very rude, short and smart alec to folks coming in. Now me, I don't take take this attitude EVER, especially if I'm giving you my business. Come now to August 2021. My son was leaving for college. I wanted him to get his teeth cleaned before he went and he was "6 MONTH" due in September. I told Christine, our plan covers 2 per year, regardless of when. She argued me down down down. I said, look I've been doing this for over 35 years, I know what our liberalizations are and you are incorrect. She continued to argue with me and then I said, you're stupid and she hung up on me. I immediately called the office back and after ringing like 20 times, she picked up and hung up the phone again. I called back again and got voice mail so I left the scathing voice mail on the answering machine. Shortly thereafter, I got a text message from the office saying we were no longer considered a patient....because Christine has a problem.....She doesn't know my plan. I called Aetna benefits and oh yeah, I am right as I knew it about my plan but at that point, I never wanted to go back to this office again. I have not one time met the Dr. He has never to my knowledge examined my son only the hygienist. My son has not had any cavities and had braces during part of the time he was seen in this office. If this is how you expect members to be treated, then your procedures for vetting out network doctors is missing something very badly. His office is not the caliber I deserve nor the respect I deserve. I would never recommend this office to another Aetna member."

"Doctor Vora is affiliated with Coast Dental in Palm Bay. The office only provides exam, x-ray and cleaning services. The doctor looks at your x-rays and consults with you via virtual visit while you are in the exam chair. The dental assistant advised I get a deep clean which is going to cost me $175 since my insurance doesn't cover it. She also said I should come back for regular cleanings every 3 months! All my life I have only had to visit a dentist once a year because my teeth are so healthy. I had to schedule the clean for another day. Coast Dental is booked a month out. I have never gone to a dentist where my teeth weren't cleaned the same visit or that my insurance didn't cover the cleaning cost. I am going to find another dentist/office for my dental needs. "
