Dentists - Tampa, FL

"I called in January to make an appointment for February. My appointment was scheduled and I received a confirmation text message one week in advance. A few days before my appointment I received a random text message saying their next available appointment was in April, so I called to confirm my appointment and found out that my appointment had been canceled and I was never notified. The woman at the front desk I spoke to was extremely rude and unwilling to be helpful. If you want to go somewhere that holds professionalism as a standard I cannot recommend Dental Care of Belmont. My husband and I will be seeking dental care elsewhere"

"The staff was decent but I'm not sure why the schedule cleanings one day and x-rays another (or hours apart). Every other dentist office I have ever been to has performed both services back to back. Today I had an appointment but the hygienist called out sick; they told me the office tried to reach out to me but I never received any phone calls. The hygienist seems to call out frequently so be prepared to have to reschedule."

"Human garbage refused service after driving 2 hours & waiting 8 weeks for an appointment. Had a veteran escorted out of the dental chair. "

"I went to this office as a new patient and asked to make sure that I would not be billed for anything and they are charging for PPE. I was never told that this would be a charge and then they just added it and sent a bill. They did take care of it and not charge me for it, but I still don't think that is right to do that to a new patient when I called to make sure everything should be covered in my visit through my insurance. "

"Felt very comfortable with Dr. Alviani and his entire staff, including the receptionist. Saw me on time, explained the why's/how's, etc. clearly - and didn't feel forced into anything unwanted or needed. "

"My appointment was confirmed, I reached office on time and after waiting for 75 min i was told that dentist will not see me .Looks like they adjusted some one in my place. They wasted my time and opportunity to visit other dentist to relive me from my pain."
