"Attended appointment All went over very quick and smooth, The biggest problem was is the office does not have a team member that focuses ONLY on getting authorizations for durable medical equipment. So we had to have to put all our energy to get what we needed done CORRECTLY WHICH WAS VERY VERY STRESSFUL most offices have a designated person in charge of obtaining, following up consistently, being assertive etc in obtaining authorizations for procedures & durable devices equipment. They do not have this. They also very uneducated in the process. We trusted they knew what they were doing and were very unfamiliar with this we waisted weeks trusting in them. "
