"Vosler is the most arrogant and aggressive doctor I have ever seen (and I have seen many over a long period of compromised health issues). I have a significant issue that will require surgery. When my wife and I were first in the examine room, "someone" came in with the PA. She said he was a student. When my wife asked him where he went to school he said he had just graduated from a regional college and was trying to get into med school. The room was tiny and we are private people and told the PA and the "student" that we were sorry but that we would not prefer a student in the exam room. The PA said "absolutely that is your right". My wife and I both reiterated that it was nothing personal to the "student". The PA was very sweet and there did not seem to be a problem at all. Then Vosler came in a few minutes later and brought the "student" in with him and icily and bullying stated "he (the student) will be in the room and there will not be any further discussion" and suggested that if we said anything we could leave. Vosler then procedes to tell us about the radical surgery he wants to perform. When we asked him how many of these surgeries had he done, he response was "five". His demeanor was excessively caustic and superiority malevolent. The "student" was not a "student" at the moment. He clearly said he had just graduated from college and was trying to get into med school. As far as we knew he could have been anyone off the street and my healthcare is private unless there is a legitimate health care professional present. Vosler's educational background is sketchy and we had difficulty verifying his credentials. "

The pressure and other issues subsided almost instantly by placing a simple ear tube in one ear. I have seen several ENT doctors in Las Vegas and none were willing to try an ear tube in an adult.
