"I saw Dr. Springle for many years (at least 10). I love his bedside manner and how easy it was to talk to him. I never felt rushed. One issue was that my blood pressure kept climbing as I gained weight and got older and just kept having a wait and see approach vs. prescribing medicine. I like he didn't rush to prescribe but at the same time 2 years of wait and see was too much. My biggest problem was when I came in with a complaint of lower right pain. I was specific that I felt it was ovary related and he kept trying to convince me it was gallbladder (maybe because of my weight?). He gave me a script for an UPPER ABDOMEN ultrasound. I had to call the nurse later to INSIST on the lower abdomenal u/s and she was very dismissive that I could NOT know the pain was from my ovary. Sure enough it turned out I had a walnut sized cyst on my right ovary and my gallbladder was fine. I get that I am not a doctor but I know my body better than anyone else and clearly he wasn't listening or didn't value what I was saying. That being said, as a person I really liked him but that one incident really left a bad taste in my mouth"

"The last 3 times I have needed to be seen I was told their 1st appointment was about a month away! That is NO help at all when you are sick now! I called the office, again, 3 days ago. An automated message told me there were 33 calls ahead of mine and I could leave my phone # for a call back. That was 3 days ago and I'm still waiting. Time to find a new provider, who has time for their patients."

Dr. Brunson listens to you and he is a genuine person. A huge plus is they Answer the phone!! Staff is kind, attentive and great on following up with you and calling you back in a timely manner.
