"I had a procedure done on March 9th I spoke with everyone even down to the nurses except Dr.Gupta. Dr.Gupta came in on the phone before My surgery he didn’t ask me nor say nothing too me only the nurses, techs and anesthesia made me feel like I was good hands. The surgery went well they ask me to scheduling a post up doctors appointment for the 7th which I did which is where his front desk told me Dr.Gupta won’t be available and would I like to see another doctor which I said ok. The Front desk and I went back and forth make sure I got the date of my appointment correct which he still got it wrong. Today which is the April 4 I called the office front desk to see if my post op appointment was current for the 7th and they said it was today not the 7th then hung up on the phone not taking accountability of there mistake. I called back another person pick up and said I can change your appointment for tomorrow at this point I was upset and frustrated so just gave up trying."
