"This Office is scam,they charge me 171 for psychologists that i did no ask and my doctor see trhu a video call,and i have to see mandatory a psychologist that i did no want to see...all about business, and i can hear all about the patien before me no privacy,no organizations and the head of the office got aptitude problem.Just staybaway from tan office. "Dr. Spero diagnosed my daughter with ADHD a few years ago. The diagnosis was correct and helped her get the accommodations she needs at school. I did notice on the first visit that he spent a lot of time explaining why he may run late for future appointments. He also gave me his complete history which I didn't really care to hear and made me realize why he is always running late! He also was evaluating me by my body language, which I didn't find necessary. Recently I had to get my daughter's full report for future SAT testing. I made and appointment, explained what I needed exactly, and he didn't seem to know what I needed and gave me a useless report. When I called to explain that I needed the full report, the front desk was extremely rude, combative and told me they lost her file. After 2 months of trying to get what I needed, he finally produced the proper report (I am sure he has done it several times for other patients unless my daughter is the first one he diagnosed). I pick it up and they charged me $200 for it. I was not aware of the fee, but I needed the report. I will NEVER take her back to him. He can talk about his turtle and gymnastics career to someone else!"

"I was searching for a therapist that provides Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I had a list from Psychology Today and after screening several other providers I settled on this Bridging The Gap Therapy Services. We are very happy with them, and our daughter is responding well. The leader of the DBT group sessions is Gilbertte (Melissa) Berthier, and she is awesome. The sessions are done by Zoom and this is nice because their office is an hour away. Thank you! "
