"He showed sincere empathy concerning my issues, making sure I had an understanding of what treatments I needed. I felt he truly cared about my understanding of the situation. He was straight up with the results I could expect, without holding back what would be helpful and what he expected of me to achieve the best results from the medicine he thought were best for me. He didn’t say that I could overcome my issues, but that he would do what was possible to make life as close to normal as possible. I have never been as comfortable or at ease with Dr. in the past. His mannerisms made me feel he truly cared about my issues, which gave me confidence in his treatment. I trust his decisions to give me the best he can. His staff showed total respect for him and seemed to go to any means available to keep me at ease. His staff and he have restored my faith in Dr.’s, nurses and staff. I’m very happy to see a Dr. that makes me feel human, not a specimen, or only there for the money they can make. He had two students, but he asked me if I was comfortable with their presence before starting a discussion about my issues. Bottom line… he made me believe in him! "

"I had Echo & Stress text a month ago but couldn’t see the doctor who ordered. Called couple of times but no response. Today I had appointment but could not see the doctor after a long waiting there.Office team is so horrible that office will give you heart attack if you are heart patient. I asked for Office Manager but the woman sitting at the front window with bad attitude told me she is out of office, so I left without seeing a doctor."
