"Overall office visit was horrible. 1. Stuff trying to understand my insurance about 40 minutes. Very unprofessional, and very slow!!!! 2. Waiting for a doctor in the room about 1 hour. Office was empty. No patients. 3. Doctor doesn't want to hear about a problem, and doesn't want to understand where the issue and try some way to medically fix an issue, she knows only one way go to glasses prescription, that is all what they can do. Not recommending!!!"
