"Arrogant, rude, does not listen Won’t go back"

"I have been a patient with Dr. Brown since the beginning of the year. He is a very nice and caring doctor. Unfortunately he is a "pulling teeth" kind of doctor. You have to be very alert during your visit to make sure you don't miss asking anything. If you just need a prescription, this is a good place to go to. But if you have a serious issue and actually need help, I wouldn't recommend him. Getting an appointment at this office is a nightmare. He is booked out several month ahead and the office staff is completely overwhelmed and badly organized. I never felt in good hands calling there or communicating with them. Twice they told me, I could walk in, I came extra early, sat around for 2 hours and then they sent me home, saying the doctor won't have time to see me, even though I was the 1st one on the "walk in list". It's a total waste of time. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this office even though Dr. Brown is a very nice person."
